Nikita Baid and Bhavya Sethia’s wedding was a vibrant celebration of ideas, imagination, and emotion, designed with finesse by WeddingSutra Favorite – Castle Rock Events. Translating the couple’s vision into immersive experiences, the team crafted celebrations that felt distinct in mood yet flowed beautifully as one seamless story.
“From the very first moment to the final celebration, every single detail of our wedding felt like pure magic—thanks to Castle Rock Events. Each event was thoughtfully curated with such creativity and vision, I was left speechless more than once!” shares Nikita. The celebrations opened with a Rodeo Drive cowboy-themed sundowner that set the tone with playful energy. Cowboy hats illuminated with bulbs, leather accents, horseshoe motifs, and horse prints combined with rustic florals to create a golden-hour setting that was relaxed, stylish, and unforgettable.
The Myrah ceremonies paid homage to Jaipur’s heritage, interpreted through two complementary design languages. The bride’s Myrah unfolded in soft pastel tones with a Patrika Gate-inspired backdrop, hand-painted camels, and delicate florals that struck a romantic yet whimsical note. The groom’s Myrah took on a bolder character with a Jaipuri blue base, vibrant yellow florals, and striking elephant and camel motifs that added festive grandeur. “From the start, Nikita and Bhavya knew what they wanted, and that clarity gave us the chance to create concepts that were both personal and striking,” reflects Pooja Sitaini of Castle Rock Events. “Our idea was to make each Myrah feel rooted in tradition but expressed in a way that was light, fresh, and perfectly reflective of their personalities.”
For the carnival, the team brought to life a Dolce Vita Italian dreamscape. “Every corner echoed the essence of Italy; the florals, colors, props, and tiny touches were nothing short of spectacular. It felt like we had truly stepped into a romantic Italian carnival,” Nikita recalls. Fresh produce stalls, pasta counters, wooden carts, embroidered jars, and checkered patterns created a vibrant atmosphere that captured rustic Italian charm with playful authenticity.
The sangeet was imagined in monochrome elegance with a bold twist. Black and white dominated the palette, while burgundy florals added depth. A backdrop of semi-circular acrylic arches, elegant chandeliers, quirky reel props, and a dramatic 40-foot ceiling installation of light balls transformed the space into a glamorous setting brimming with energy.
The wedding and reception followed in soft, romantic hues of blush and peach under Castle Rock’s signature crystal mandap. Crystals shimmered across florals suspended from the ceiling, while personalized printables and thoughtful details lent intimacy to the grandeur. “Our sangeet and wedding ceremony were nothing less than dashing and mind-blowing. From start to finish, each moment reflected Castle Rock Events’ passion, precision, and understanding of our vision,” shares Nikita. Looking back, she adds, “One of the best parts of working with Castle Rock Events was how simple and smooth the entire journey felt. Every moodboard and plan was so well-prepared that it only took us minutes to finalise things. It made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.”
