We’ve all heard of traditional toffee apples which are a hit at fairs and fetes, but what about Caramel Candy Apples? They are something just a little bit more gourmet! We used Wether’s Originals as the caramels in this recipe – but if you can find any hard caramel lollies – they will work perfectly.
