“For us, it is always about designing moments that reflect the couple’s personalities while offering guests something extraordinary,” shares Farid Khan from FB Celebrations. Bhavnesh Sawhney from FB Celebrations adds, “Every chapter of this wedding was conceptualised to transport guests into a new world—an experience they would carry with them long after the celebrations. A wedding isn’t just an event. It’s a journey of storytelling. With Ishika and Kunal, every moment became a page in their story, beautifully lived and perfectly remembered.”

The Mehendi unfolded like a Mediterranean reverie, where the Amalfi coast’s charm came alive through brilliant lemon-yellow hues, lush foliage, and vibrant beverage stations under the clear February sky. An Aperol bar and a Limoncello bar became focal points of the venue, where conversation flowed. Guests indulged in a host of interactive experiences, including face readings, numerology, a perfume bar, illusionist acts, and personalised keepsakes, which made the afternoon brim with joy and connection.

The Sangeet took on the glamour of a ‘Parisian Le Cirque Rouge’, its whimsy balanced with nostalgic elegance. A carousel spun slowly to the rhythm of music, while Parisian artists and a mesmerising mime artist created a mood of old-world artistry. Family members lit up the stage with passionate performances, each one infusing the evening with infectious warmth and togetherness.

For the wedding, ethereal beauty defined the setting. Pastel pink roses intertwined with traditional Thikri work to create a sanctuary of delicate grandeur. An amphitheatre-style arrangement enveloped the pheras in intimacy. The bride’s entrance beneath a dainty floral umbrella was a tender moment of whimsy that enchanted everyone present. The Baraat and Varmala were a spectacle of high energy and spirituality. Kathak artistes graced the mandap with poised movements as projection mapping illuminated the palace facade, merging history with innovation in a breathtaking display.

The finale was the Reception, cloaked in white drapes, chandeliers, and clouds of florals that created a celestial dreamscape. Yet, the night did not end in tranquillity—the post-party came alive with a DJ’s electrifying beats, the rhythmic power of an expertly played tabla, building a crescendo of sound and energy that left guests exhilarated.
