How They Met
Prabhjeet and Japneet found an old-school romance in this fast-paced world in the serendipitous way that makes you believe in Cupid. Japneet walked into a crowded café looking for a seat. Prabhjeet was already inside, latte in hand, on the same mission.
That day, the two found the only empty table inside, and decided to share the table. At first, nerves were high, and no conversation flowed. But then Japneet wanted sugar with her coffee, making way for the ‘sweetest ice breaker’. The conversation that started then, is still going strong.
Neither thought they would meet their soulmates randomly at a café, but that’s what happened, and a few months later, they were ready to tie the knot.

It was important that we showcase their love for each other in the execution of this wedding. We wanted to create a sense of warmth and instant feeling of connection with the venue, exactly like how the couple felt when they met for the first time.”

Mehendi
The celebrations started with a Mehendi where hues of marigold yellow contrasted with the lavender palette of the couple’s outfits. A seated dining plan, plus chairs and a decorated stage, against the bright blue skies of Bareilly, set the tone for the joyful celebrations ahead.
Sangeet
Where the Mehendi had the appeal of an intimate brunch, the sangeet was a glamorous night with plush black curtains, brass décor, well-lit chandeliers and lush carpets, welcoming the guests.
One of the groom’s friends surprised him with a live sparkle painting portraying the couple, which was coordinated with the Classique Events team for more than a month.
The groom, in his black suit, and the bride, in her ivory lehenga, were as stunning as their bright smiles.

The day-time wedding with its traditional rituals reflected the sacredness of the day, leaving everyone present moved.
The groom wore a traditional sherwani in ivory with a touch of pink and the bride wore a lehenga in the same shade, almost symbolizing that their journey together had officially begun.
Reception
The venue was designed in a way that the couple’s emotions were visualized through the decoration. It was a ruby garden, highlighted by golden sparkles. The entrance was framed with blossoms and the candelabras added a comforting warmth to the evening, while the chandeliers added a touch of soft glamour.
The evening’s mood was set by Sufi band, Sufigraam. As the guests relaxed in the lounge, sitting on the luxurious diwans, sipping their favorite drinks, the Sufi music played, transporting everyone into the world of love and music. As the energy rose, DJ Veronica took over, delivering an electrifying performance. An LED screen allowed everyone to catch a glimpse of the artistes.
